Once your order is placed, you cannot modify your address and phone number, or product details. Most of the orders will be processed and dispatched within a short window, so we do not encourage modification of order details. However, please write us at for further assistance.

There are various reasons why this may have happened, ranging from card/net banking details, insufficient funds in the account, to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information might have changed. In that case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Also, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

Shipping And Delivery

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number and the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track your package’s status on the courier company’s website.

All orders are processed between 1-3 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. The order may take between 5-7 business days for remote locations that are difficult to access.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking details, or you can Log-in into your account and click the order history, and know the order status.

Returns and Refunds

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or faulty items, write to us at within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a video of the product when opening the package.

All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.

Yes, our products are free from them and a lot many harsh ingredients.

Yes, in some of our products. And that’s because water-based products like lotions and creams can be contaminated because of bacteria and microorganisms. Noone would like to see them in their personal care products, and having said that, We use preservatives that are food grade and safe instead of the conventional parabens and phenoxyethanol.
